Atlantis Gets Green Economy Classification

SIMEC Atlantis Energy has received the Green Economy classification newly introduced by the London Stock Exchange.

The classification is for the listed companies that derive 50%+ of their activity from the Green Economy.

Atlantis, a diversified energy company focusing on marine energy, waste-to-energy and hydro power, currently has more than 1,000MW in various stages of development.

These assets include MeyGen, the world’s largest tidal stream power project and Uskmouth, one of the UK’s largest waste to energy conversion projects.

Atlantis’ aim is to become the UK’s leading independent sustainable power generator.
