The successful candidate will help ITPEnergised deliver EIA projects of all scales, by providing high quality commercially-focused consultancy services.

The role will include coordination of all aspects of EIA, including working closely with internal and external technical assessors, client and stakeholder communication, as well as writing and editing the EIA Report, ITPEnergised said.

The successful candidate would be based mainly in Glasgow, although may be required on occasion to visit other ITPEnergised’s offices.

The majority of the work is anticipated to be in Scotland, but given the nature of the post, there will be a requirement to travel as necessary, including internationally, ITPEnergised noted.

Applications for the position are due by August 31, 2018.

To remind, ITPEnergised is leading a consortium which has launched a low-cost dynamic positioning (DP) barge which is expected to significantly improve the commercial viability of the wave and tidal energy generation sector.

Before that, the company joined another consortium led by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation whose aim is to deliver a 450kW tidal stream turbine by the end of 2019 for the Chinese state-owned power company China Three Gorges.
