GCE Subsea joins Ocean Energy Europe

Norway-based subsea industry cluster GCE Subsea has become a member of Ocean Energy Europe.

GCE Subsea said the main reason for joining is to increase new business opportunities and EU funding for its members through relevant events with the biggest industry players in Europe including EDF, Engie, Enel Green Power and Atlantis Resources.

OEE is a Brussels-based industry group representing the renewable ocean energy sector in Europe which acts as the main link between Europe’s ocean energy industry and the EU institutions, and EU Member States.

“Ocean Energy Europe builds and takes part in project consortia, such as SI Ocean or Marinet. We expect this to help our partners ahead of the game with early and better information about upcoming EU calls and access to excellent European consortia, which is key to succeeding with EU projects,” said GCE Subsea.

GCE Subsea is an industry driven initiative for strengthening and internationalisation of businesses, research and education.
