OEEC welcomes DMEC Marine Energy Pavilion

One of today’s biggest societal challenges is the transition towards a 100 per cent renewable energy supply globally. Marine energy could play a vital role in achieving this ambitious goal. This is showcased during the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2017 at the DMEC Marine Energy Pavilion and during the Marine Energy Event, which will be organized on the 11th of October.

The Dutch Marine Energy Centre (DMEC) is a not-for-profit network and consulting organization for the marine energy sector. DMEC aims to accelerate innovation and technology development, shorten time to market for marine energy devices, and promote their export to global markets.

They build strategic collaborations between technology developers, research institutes, universities and offshore companies in the Netherlands and internationally to realize the development of joint projects and business cases.

Together with offshore, maritime and deltatech sectors, unique concepts are developed where marine energy technologies are integrated into sustainable multiple-business cases.

Participants of the DMEC Marine Energy Pavilion will be announced shortly. You can visit the Marine Energy Pavilion at Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (stand 5.137). Visiting the conference is free of charge. Click here to register: www.offshore-energy.biz.
