Renewable Risk Advisers joins Ocean Energy Europe

UK-based risk management and insurance intermediation firm, Renewable Risk Advisers, has joined Ocean Energy Europe as a full corporate member.

As relatively new concepts, ocean energy projects have a very specific risk profile. RRA brings its experience in other renewable energy sectors to bear on this issue from the perspective of renewable energy developers, project managers, onshore and offshore engineers and insurance specialists.

“With the ocean energy industry moving towards commercial projects, it is encouraging to see experts in areas such as insurance and risk management bring their knowledge to the table. Effective risk management will be key to the development of the sector, and RRA is already making a valuable contribution in this area.
