Marine Renewables Canada 2015 agenda uveiled

Marine Renewables Canada has released its 2015 conference sessions list.

This year, the conference will focus on what Canada’s role is in the emerging world industry is, and how the country can keep the momentum and pursue global leadership in the tidal energy sector, according to Marine Renewables Canada.

The two day conference will consist of seven sessions.

The theme of the first day is ‘Growing the World Market’ and will feature four sessions, including The Emergence of Large-Scale Tidal, Providing Solutions for Remote Communities, The Quebec Opportunity, and Critical Supply Chain Solutions.

The second day with the theme ‘Marine Renewable Energy – A new clean energy industry for Canada’ will comprise the following sessions: Marine Renewable Energy and the Bigger Picture, the discussion ‘Where are Canada’s first tidal project taking us?’, and Supporting the Next Phase of Industry Development.

The event will take place on November 4-5, 2015, at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, Quebec.
